Who we are

Stark NKD (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides breathing awareness tools, educational content, and guided in-Lab experiences designed to help you understand your breathing habits and stress patterns. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

 

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (15 years+ for Australian and South Korean users) to use the App or participate in the NKD Breath Lab. 

 

Use of the App

 

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Some features require equipment available only inside the NKD Breath Lab in London (such as CO₂ sensors, breathing waveform data, and VR experiences).

  • Outside the Lab, you may still access:
     your quiz
  • your overbreathing predictive score
  • your educational content
  • general breathing insights

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App
  • attempt to access restricted areas or systems
  • use the App in ways that violate laws or infringe others’ rights

 

Use of the NKD Breath Lab

 

Participation in the Breath Lab may involve:

  • Wearing a CO₂ sensor (capnometer)
  • Participating in guided VR or simulated-pressure experiences
  • Viewing your breathing patterns and physiological responses in real time

You understand and agree that:

  • Breath Lab sessions are for awareness and education only
  • You are responsible for notifying staff of any discomfort
  • You may stop at any time
  • You should consult a medical professional if you have health concerns

 

Not Medical Advice

Stark NKD does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App and NKD Breath Lab visualisations are educational, not clinical.
Do not make health decisions solely based on your data in the App or Lab.

If you experience dizziness, difficulty breathing, chest pain, faintness, or any adverse symptoms, stop immediately and contact a healthcare professional.

 

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials are owned by Stark NKD or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

 

Payments

If any paid features or programmess are introduced in the future, additional terms will apply. Currently, the App and Breath Lab introductory experience may be offered without charge or as part of pilot testing.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Stark NKD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Use of the App and Breath Lab is at your own risk.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or Breath Lab if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@starknkd.ai.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on nkdbreath.com.
