     We do not store any payment information.

2. App Data (Stark NKD App)

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

  • Breathing insights: overbreathing predictive score, questionnaire responses, and baseline metrics
  • App usage data: interactions, session length, and general analytics
  • Device information: model, OS version, and performance data

The app does not access your camera, microphone, photos, or location unless explicitly required for app functionality.

3. In-Lab Data (NKD Breath Lab Experience)

When you participate in a session inside the NKD Breath Lab, we may collect breathing and physiological data from in-Lab sensors, including:

  • CO₂ level readings (from a capnometer)
  • Breathing waveforms (airflow, rhythm, timing)
  • Response data during VR tasks (e.g., breathing changes under simulated pressure)

This data is used solely for:

  • showing you real-time feedback during your session
  • helping you understand your breathing patterns
  • improving the Lab experience

We do not use in-Lab data to make medical assessments, diagnoses, or automated decisions.


How We Use Your Data

  • generate and send personalised quiz and app results
  • provide your in-Lab visualisations and feedback
  • deliver emails and educational resources (with your consent)
  • improve the relevance and performance of our tools and experiences
